Artificial Intelligence is really good at Pong

Did you know that ChatGPT is capable at creating video games? Absolutely insane. I had ChatGPT write the code for the popular video game, “Pong”, and it only took a few prompts to get it to the point where the game worked how I wanted it to. Read through the rest of this brief post and then go try to beat AI at it’s own game. It’s hard, but it can be done. I won’t admit how long it took me to prove it.

So, what’s the deal with AI? It’s not just your average Siri telling you dad jokes – we’re talking about an AI that’s got some serious street cred. Imagine a sidekick that’s not just helpful but understands you like your BFF after a breakup.
Ok, I haven’t used it to help me through a breakup. My wife actually likes me believe it or not. But I do use it for a lot of other things

I tell people all the time that AI is my full-time, unpaid intern. I use it to help me come up with campaign ideas, rewrite website copy, and yes, I have it write code for me all the time. I do use tools like Midjourney to have AI develop image content, but I try to only use that for patterns and cartoon/vector looking things that I would just normally design in Illustrator. I don’t think it’s great practice to use AI for images that are supposed to look like photos. You can usually spot the ai in “photo-realistic” AI Content. One quick way to spot the AI is by looking at the fingers of a person. AI as of today, still has some issues with generating human limbs.

Now, the big question: Will AI take over the world and turn Humans into slaves? Nah, not a chance. It’s more like AI is your tech-savvy buddy, not your evil twin. We’re in for a partnership, not a takeover. Think Batman and Alfred – that’s the vibe.

But, let’s keep it real – it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Privacy? Yeah, that’s a touchy subject. It’s like having a roommate who might accidentally read your diary. We’ve got to set some boundaries, right?

And biases – oh boy, AI can be as biased as your grandpa picking his favorite fishing spot. We’re on a mission to teach AI some manners and make sure it plays fair in the sandbox.

Jobs, you ask? Sure, some might shift, but it’s not doomsday. It’s more like a career remix. Stay curious, stay flexible, and you’ll be riding the wave, not drowning in it. If you a resistant to AI, you will not be able to stay updated on the best ways to use it and you will fall behind. By utilizing AI, you are accepting and adapting to the future. Use AI to your advantage and have it provide value to your job – not take it.

As we step into the future, let’s keep it real – AI is here, and it’s here to stay. We’re not in a sci-fi flick; we’re writing our story. So, grab a seat, get comfy, and let’s see where this new technology takes us. Cheers to the future, my friends!
